Nice space for a business trip. Having the 2nd floor lounge is great. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast. I stayed one night at the Residence Inn and then two nights next door at the Notary (for a work event). The Residence Inn was the better experience of the two.

Great stay, centrally located but the room wasn't as warm as i would have liked. The heat didn't work that great and when maintenance came it was only a slight adjustment. I stayed in a 1bdrm suite... it was lovely and spacious.

Situated right in Center city under the shadow of City Hall and William Penn, it is easy to get to everything you would want see in Central Philadelphia. A good reasonably priced alternative to the higher priced hotel offerings nearby

Everything very good although I wish there was a chair to sit in. Small room so not possible but the desk chair, with wheels so can be moved but not enough room to get past bed and tv console/dresser. Am an older person … can’t lift chair up and over. Otherwise, all good.

IF YOU WANT A CHEAP-ish CENTRAL HOTEL, STAY HERE! We chose this hotel due to its central location to public transit and the complimentary breakfast, and can confirm that I would stay here again just for those things! You’re in the heart of the city, right next to city hall, and within walking and easy transit distance to almost anything you could want. The complimentary breakfast is comprehensive and was truly my highlight. Additionally, the staff are super nice and knowledgeable of what to do in the city. Shoutout to Tiffany at the front desk, she helped make our stay infinitely enjoyable. The hotel itself is a bit dated but that’s expected with a hotel. However, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, and it’s a safe and comfortable resting place if you’re anticipating Doing Lots of City Things during your stay, you cannot beat the location. I wish this was the review I had when planning my trip. Would 10/10 stay here again.
