There was no previous notice that there would be a $10 parking fee. Since there was no hotel shuttle offered I didn't expect a fee for parking. Breakfast was very limited and not ready at 6am as advertised. Room was nice, bed and linens were good. Close to the airport so you could hear the airplanes which is to be expected.

I had an amazing stay. Very spacious suites with a full kitchen. The hotel employees were 5 star. They really made my daughter and I feel comfortable. I didnt want to leave so we extended our stay. Breakfast consisted of waffles, yogurt, boiled eggs, cereal, fresh fruit, toast, oatmeal etc... You may notice they are updating some buildings which is great and over all i recommend Philadelphia Suites Extended Stay to anyone visiting Philadelphia or having a stay-cation. Very quiet hotel comfortable hotel. My only disappointment was the non accessible or usable fireplace which was what drew me to this particular room however the full kitchen and 2 bathrooms and accommodating staff made up for the non working fireplace.

When we first checked in it smelled almost of bad smelling food. After staying for awhile we killed quite a few mosquitoes and over the next days well killed a total of roughly 10 and only had them in the room. When coming back to the room the key cards weren’t unlocking the door we went to the desk to tell them they checked no Id or identification to know it was our room, anyone could have over heard and been able to say they weren’t able to get in their room and gotta into ours. Front desk was friendly.

Our flight was delayed and I quickly booked a 2 bedroom suite at this place since it was close to the airport and we had an early departure. It was a big mistake. When we got to the room it smelled of pesticide and I killed two mosquitos inside the room before I could find the lightswitch. We couldn't sleep there and left immediately. I got a full refund. Definitely would not recommend this place.

Linen Deficiency
The only issue I had was upon arrival there @ 3pm was no linen on the bed. I walked to the Lobby to informed the clerk. I was told it would be taken to the room..@ 6pm.. three hours later, my grandson went back to the Lobby about it. He was given linen in a plastic bag to go make up the bed..VERY bad image. Also, the shower stepped-out floor towel was dirty, the linen person just flipped it over on the other side, instead of changing it.

The hotel room was nice and soacious. However, the fire alarm was beeping in the room and when we tried to call the front desk, the phone didn't work. The tv didn't have any channels and wasn't hooked up to the internet and when you took a shower, the drain was so slow that the tub filled up with water.

After pleasantly getting an early checkin, we found the room smelled like smoke despite it being a no smoking room. The smell was imbedded in the carpet and bed. The door to the room (and outside) did mot seem that secure. We could not get an uber to attend game despite it being by airport. Dining options limited to.two adjacent hotels.
