Front desk staff are amazing shout out to Danielle. I forgot to ask the name of the lady who helped us at check out - also amazing! The property is gorgeous; pool, indoor and outdoor lounge areas. Room is essentially an apartment w amenities; stocked cooking utensils, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Location is ideal for visting the city. We will definitely stay here again when in Philly.

Roost is a gem!
Had stayed at the Rittenhouse location years ago and found this location while making reservations. The front desk staff could not be more hospitable & the apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. Loved having access to the building amenities such as coffee bar gym and pool.

The front desk staff were unorganized and not really helpful. The room itself was large and comfortable and had all the amenities you could need (minus robes and slippers). Having a laundry unit (with detergent) was super helpful after traveling for 2 weeks. The bed and pillows were comfy. The safe wasn’t adhered to the wall or FFE so that was concerning. The pool was nice. The area was decent. For the price for sq footage, it was a really valuable choice.

I can highly recommend the Roost for short or long stays. It’s a nice alternative to a hotel room. I really enjoyed having a living room and kitchen. And the highlight of this property is having a floor, dedicated to activities; such as a lap pool, barbecue area, gym, library and a dog walking park.

It was a whole apartment in a very convenient spot. Bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Parking garage right underneath building. Definitely will be staying there again
