*Please note that while the unit has been professionally cleaned, the flooring may look dusty or dirty in certain spots, this is due to the floor being lacquered over during a renovation before I took over this apartment and there's no way to get rid of that look.

Great location!

Great location right in the heart of the city/Rittenhouse area. Walking distance to a lot of areas. It was perfect for us! If you like eclectic and apartment dwelling without the stuffy hotel feel, you'll enjoy this place!

Great apartment in a great location.

The apartment is exactly as listed in the description, if not a little better. It was clean, had plenty of space, and the location couldn't be beat. The host was very responsive to my questions and one special request. The check-in process went smoothly, precisely as communicated by the host. I will be staying here again.
