My daughter was hospitalized and they refused to cancel my reservation. I ask for a credit towards another date. They refuse. I asked to speak to a manager she wouldn't respond nor give me a manager name. Her name was brenda, she was very uncaring. Her assistant Ty was very nice and said try to get something from Brendan. She was not helpful at all and my daughter was in the hospital.I'll be going to my credit card company and posting this revi

Room dirty dusty sheets smelled and felt like they were not washed I’m a 65 year old woman dealing with a family sickness in a nearby hospital totally out of my element and the hotel made me have a room on another floor from rest of family I felt alone and I didn’t stay the entire time I paid for that how bad the situation felt to me. I thought Sheratons had a good name but I can see I was wrong

The location was good, although construction was being done outside of the hotel. Staff were exceptional. I hate to complain, but for the cost, the hotel was dated and needed renovation. Sink water did not go down quickly, shower curtain too long causing it to lie on tub floor when showering gathering dirt. Bed sheets smaller than required (flat sheets used instead of fitted). One surge protector used for both lamps and whatever customer needed to plug in. Garage elevator contained offensive odor. Hotel should consider renovation.

We stayed here after my son's day surgery at Penn and the staff could not have been nicer. The area from the elevator to the parking garage floors made us nervous as it was pretty soiled but once inside we saw there was no need for concern. Excellent accommodations, staff were lovely and rooms clean. The view is spectacular. Just a wonderful place to stay.

the light in the room didn’t work, the AC wouldn’t get cold so it was hot all night long, and the walls, ceiling, and floor appeared dirty. also it was $70 for 2 days of parking which is insane.

Nice 3-night business stay
Pros: easy check-in/out, good location, comfy bed, daily room makeup, quiet room Cons: A lot of humidity and general dirt spots all over the wallpaper, huge humidity spots with decaying materials on the ceiling; lighting was not great (outdated), charging outlets did not work, shower-tub was not draining properly (didn't have time to report, though) In summary, it was a nice business stay, but the general maintenance needs attention. There should be a better-planned pick-up curb for Uber, it sometimes feels dangerous to get into the cars in such a busy street.
