Freindly & Exceptional Service
We were roadtripping from Toronto Canada and arrived around 10am, well before the check-in time. The lady at the desk, her name was Tamia, was exceptionally nice and was able to get us a room early so we could wined down for a bit, freshen up and explore the city. Everyone at the hotel was wonderful and our experience was exceptional. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Tamia especially was kind, understanding and helpful. She displayed excellent customer service.

Truly sad.
Possibly the worst Sheraton I have ever stayed at. The room condition we old and brutal. The bathroom was falling apart. Moldings in the halls and the room were falling off. I thought Sheraton had a name to uphold. Not true. I have been a big Sheraton fan over the years, but this room was not good. Luckily the bed seemed fine and we were up at 5:30 am so we would have left the night before and gone anywhere else. If you are looking for a 2 start experience then this is the place. This is not an out of control review, the place really needs to be closed and updated. Sorry Sheraton this was bad.

We did the reservation online using hotels.com and when we arrived at the hotel they said they were already fully booked. The person at the reception was rude and had no patient with us and other families who were at the same situation having a reservation that was not honored. I have not received my refund back.

Overall disappointing. Door handle was missing from inside of the bedroom door. Waited an hour for a service call to fix it. No compensation. I was charged an extra person occupancy fee, but there were only towels for 2, no pillo or blanket for the fold out couch. The mattress that pulled out of the sofa was stained and so filthy, had popcorn and other people's food and hair on. It was so gross we folded it back up and my son slept on the couch. Very turned off to the brand. We don't travel very often, this was a family trip and extremely disappointed.

The rooms were good, the staff at the reception very NOT friendly or cuatomer oriented. The shuttle to the facility was very bad. We waited 40 minutes and did not arrive at the end. The prices are totally out of proportion as they take advantage that nothing is in around but the hotel store and dining which is ridiculous. A bag of chips 5 usd? So in general very average beside the rooms
