So very glad I found the Sonesta on Hotels.com. Staff was extremely welcoming and I felt like we were staying over at a friemd’s house instead of a hotel. Room was very clean and bed/pillows so cozy.

Not bad but acceptable
Two out of the four elevators were not working upon arrival. Nothing for breakfast to speak of - walk couple blocks to Rittenhouse much better. Their recommendations for cheesesteaks was the worst. Don’t go to Clevers cheesesteaks awful. No maid service during our two night stay. No water in the room. Good water pressure in the shower and pillows were a big hard. But you get what you pay for. Good price though.

We loved the location of the hotel. We were able to walk everywhere. Great restaurants, shopping, and museums! We were not happy with our room but the manager got us another room promptly and was very accommodating. We will stay here again.

Property is located in the heart of the city. There were a lot of things to do. The hotel is in a very walkable area, parking is not the greatest and that could be because there was so much happening during the weekend of the visit. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My Godmom was the one in the room and she said she would definitely recommend it and she enjoyed her stay.

Hey, overall stay was average. The room was very, extremely small. Unfortunately, the AC at our room didn’t work and there was no shower gel in the bathroom. Service is fine and valet was easy and not expensive. I only feel that this hotel, as a 4star hotel doesn’t offer what it should. Another 4 star hotel in Philly with bad experience. Sorry.
