The property was clean and attractive. The staff were wonderful. Very limited restaurant menu but a Ruby Tuesdays close by. The only negative for me was cheap toilet paper, other than that a very nice stay.

I gave it four stars beacaue there were renovations being done at the property. Otherwise, the staff was great, the area was quite and felt safe. Though I did not use the transportation services, shuttles were always readily available. Overall my stay was pleasant and convenient

HARD PASS
Check in was stressful. One person working the counter and 3 others on phones or conversing. Toilet was not cleaned .... "stains" in bowl present. Disgusting. Hair in tub, more disgusting. First floor with street and loiters 5' from outside sliding door. No extra pillows/blankets. Upon request, given a pillow and blanket so thin and scratchy a rat would have passed it over.

Hotel was clean and tidy but unfortunately the attitude of the night time receptionist was beyond appalling. She was rude from the time we entered the building. She told us that the bar was closed and then opened the bar for some other people (appeared to be her friends). The morning receptionist was a breath of fresh air. It’s a shame when one member of staff has such a damning effect on a review.

Very pleasant front desk clerk. Very clean. Thermostat did not appear to control the HVAC unit; had to manually turn on & adjust the unit, which got too warm during the night. Water pressure was quite low in the shower. Otherwise, a good deal in a clean, modern hotel. The courtyard looks really nice for guests around during warmer temps.
