Welcome to our beloved Germantown home. Enjoy our spacious 4 story home that sits in the middle of so much rich history, while so close to many attractions in Philly. Take in the beauty of nature at the Wissahickon Trails. Walk to the Johnson House, a station in the Underground Railroad, home to the first abolitionists of slavery in the US. 15 min to the Rocky Statue, LOVE Statue, Philadelphia Art Museum, 20 min to Old City, the Constitution and Liberty Bell.

This space is perfect for a family vacation in Philly, hosting business meetings at the NEW Braid Mill coworking & event space next door! Also check out all the colleges with your family. Our spacious home allows for everyone to relax in their own space after a full day of site seeing around Philly. With four rooms, three full size bathrooms (two with jacuzzi tubs), a full basement and a huge fenced in backyard for kids or pets, this place is exactly what you are looking for!

Wonderful home with lots of space and comfort
We stayed here for a wedding in the area and it worked out perfectly for our large family! Even the teens had their own space in the lower level to hang out. Plenty of space for everyone and the home was equipped with everything we needed for our 4-night stay. Orlando was also very communicative and accommodating. Although the neighborhood might not have the greatest reputation for a Philly neighborhood, we had no issues at all. We would definitely stay there again!!

We had a great time eating, playing games, and enjoying Germantown and Manayunk. The interior of the house was clean and nicely decorated. Everyone had a comfortable stay. Would recommend!

Great stay away from home in Philly!
The house felt like we were at a family members home. The host had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and to cook elaborate meals and/or grill. The street had decent parking and there were no issues with the neighbors or surrounding area. I would highly recommend this property!!
