I recently stayed at The Windsor Suites for a trip to Philadelphia, and I can confidently say it’s become my go-to hotel whenever I visit the city. The location is absolutely perfect — it’s close to everything, from popular attractions to great dining options. The prices are very affordable for the quality and convenience of the hotel, which makes it even more appealing. Our experience was overall wonderful, thanks in large part to the friendly and accommodating staff. Allen, the Bellman, was especially helpful and made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived until we checked out. While there was a small issue with our room upon check-in, the front desk staff was quick to resolve the situation, going above and beyond by comping our parking as a service recovery, which we really appreciated. Despite the initial hiccup, the Windsor Suites continues to impress with its attentive service, convenient location, and great value. We'll definitely stay here again on future trips to Philly! Highly recommend.

Stayed for only 1 night…hotel was very nice wish I would’ve stayed longer to experience the restaurants/bars as well as the outside fire pit offered! Price is an absolute STEAL!! Parking offered onsite through valet which is $55 per night(until 2pm)! Valet service wasn’t that great…wait time was a little excessive at times and 1 gentleman was extremely rude the morning I had checked out!! The hotel accommodated me due to the situation even though they said valet was through a separate company! Great hotel…not so great parking garage valet!

I am a cancer patient and this is the worst servic
The lady was very rude and prejudice, her partner apologizing for her rudeness she wasn’t friendly or polite. She didn’t even welcome me. She didn’t talk to the lady that was in front of me first like that I asked her. Why are you talking to me like that? Is it because of my skin color I told her I’m a cancer. Patient is my first time being here, coming to see my family just in case if I don’t make it because I have cancer for you to treat me like that and talk to me is not right. I will never stay there again. I will tell everybody I know Facebook Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, to do not go to the Windsor Suit hotel . And they charge you $4.00 Dollars Bottle water and the room And for parking overcharge me four hours My friend came to visit me for four hours parking. They charge me $67. Out of my hold on my card amount $250. They are wrong for that that hotel sucks and I did not enjoy myself. I want my money back the same day but her partner apologize for her rudeness, but I calm myself down and went to my room, I did not enjoy My stay
