Went for S.B. parade. I was aware that there may be some issues just because of the number if guest. We didnt arrive until after midnight, check in and the room looked like someone just left. Bed not made, dirty towels everwhere, entire room was not cleaned at all. Insufficient staff. The nice lady at the front desk gave us sheets to make the bed ourselves and had no new pillow cases... i have never had to make my own bed at a hotel. You cant charge the prices you are charging for guest to have to make their own beds!

This hotel is excellent The room was so clean. The check-in was smooth, beautiful clean. I highly recommend it. The only feedback that I would give to this hotel is to offer free coffee downstairs with flavored creamer. I understand that in the restaurant you have to pay for breakfast, which is fine, but to offer a free coffee with flavored creamer would be highly suggested. Not charging four dollars for a small cup of coffee that’s it wonderful stay

Ari from the front desk really welcomed us, since we were there from a small town in New Jersey and new to taking trains,etc. He explained it all:) We loved his energy- he really loves his job! And in my opinion I recommend this Wyndham to stay and feel comfortable in a city you are not familiar with:)

Nice staff- Terrible room

hotel staff were very nice and friendly. The lobby is great. Our hotel room looked runner down and there were hairs in the bathtub. There was constant smell of weed smoke coming into our room. The room needed some much needed updates.
