Went for S.B. parade. I was aware that there may be some issues just because of the number if guest. We didnt arrive until after midnight, check in and the room looked like someone just left. Bed not made, dirty towels everwhere, entire room was not cleaned at all. Insufficient staff. The nice lady at the front desk gave us sheets to make the bed ourselves and had no new pillow cases... i have never had to make my own bed at a hotel. You cant charge the prices you are charging for guest to have to make their own beds!

We really enjoyed our one night stay at the Wyndam, check-in was fast, the room was really clean, and the beds are very comfortable. We have stayed here several times in the past, and always had a great experience. I also recommend having a meal or two at Old City Pizza, or Sonny's for cheesesteaks.

I enjoyed my stay at the Wyndham hotel. Staff was friendly. The room was clean beds comfortable pillows comfy. Only issue I had was the water in the tub not draining fast enough.so I took a shower in ankle deep water which grossed me out.

The property was not well kept and not indicative of a Wyndham property. Faded, stained and ripped carpets throughout. Gladly I was only there one night. Would have gone to a different hotel if the area had not been sold out. My son stayed at the W, paid less for a beautiful room and a superior experience!
