At first it seemed like our room was decent enough. After all, you get what you pay for. But as we were looking for outlets and opening the refrigerator (which did not work) we started to discover how dirty our room really was.

Paid for an upgrade to the Jacuzzi room and the tub did not work.

The room smelled like an ash tray and there were no wash cloths.

Sorry to here you had the issue on the stay we will make a note for it, it may be someone may smoke outside as it’s a non smoking room guest can’t smoke in room but can smoke outside. Thank you for letting us know.
