Stayed here before few times. So that's a recommendation. Late at night it is a bit dodgy area. So take a tuktuk if you are drunk and it is 2am. Don't take a room on the 10th floor because the pool is right above you and pipes or whatever can be noisy. The pool and tub and bar on the 11th floor are very nice and relaxed with great view, definitely a nice place to spend a sunny afternoon. Breakfast buffet has a huge variety, though I miss the anchovies as part of the salad bar.

Great location and friendly staff
We really enjoyed our stay at Harmony Hotel in Phnom Penh. The location was good, we could walk to the royal palace, markets and lots of cafes and restaurants easily the room was spacious and comfortable with soft pillows. Breakfast was good with great Asian pork soup as well as European options if we weren’t feeling adventurous. Loved the infinity pool in the afternoons - great view of the river and nice cocktails. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Would love to return.

The staff are excellent and speak good English I would recommend the balcony room ,the breakfast options are a little limited but there are many restaurants close by,I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, with modern facilities and I didn’t mind the location near the local fresh food market right across the road. Easy access to many local eating options as well as things to see and do. Breakfast was lovely with several choices, just some things in closhes were not hot, really nice space to eat in. A chicken avocado salad I chose from room service was very disappointing, did not match the description of ingredients on the menu with a tiny bit of chicken diced up rather than the slices depicted in the picture and other ingredients absent altogether eg tomato. Staff at front desk just verbally apologized when informed did not provide a discount.

We were four adults (two rooms) visiting from NYC. We stayed for four nights in September. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful with all of our questions. We enjoyed the breakfast on the second floor and liked that the location was so convenient. There is a daily wet market on the same street, and lots of local restaurants nearby. It’s also very close to the river where we took many walks in the morning and evening. My parents are older so we appreciated that there was an elevator to the ground level, and nearby things we could walk to. The central market is a quick tuk tuk ride, as are many other sites.

Perfect location and room, BUT !
I was originally going to give the Harmony Hotel a perfect review. The hotel has everything going for it. Its position near the river and nightlife is superb. The hotel is very clean, modern and highly recommended. If I was to return to Phnom Penh I’d stay there again. HOWEVER, upon checking out this morning there was a major disappointment. I had paid U.S $15 in cash to reception the day before my tour to S21 and the Killing Fields. I’d paid in cash at the time of my initial booking of the tour. But the girl taking my money had not noted it into their system, and despite pointing this out I wasn’t believed, and had to pay for a second time. Not the end of the world, but a poor end to my stay at a great hotel. I should have asked for a receipt at the time of paying, instead of trusting them to note down my payment. You live and learn.

Great place by the river.
Quite new. Very clean. Nice room, excellent roof pool and bar above. Great views. Close to the river. Had a room with balcony - well worth it. Staff very nice. Buffet small but good. Only comment was slow service at breakfast. Minor in comparison to all the positive points but could be improved. Next to a local market so all the sights and sounds of PP too. Absolutely 100% would stay there again.
