While the deskstaff was considerably helpful regarding money exchange, there was no support for meals, no service onsite (the restaurant in front was not connected to the hotel and only had small meals and coffee), and did not support for services that were not available at the hotel (massage information, travel information, even local banking info). The hotel seems to be built for great opportunities that it just does not deliver.
