It was easy to find, and location is pretty nice, safe and quiet. Free coffee at customer lounge next door to reception. Daily room clean up. Small space with free weights in the gym. Wi-Fi signal was a little weak, no password required. I only see one ice maker and there was no ice coming out the last time I tried to get at 6:30am on Sunday.

When we booked our stay the details showed a bar and restaurant on site, there is no such thing. Every time my son left our room he was asked if he was a guest there. Amenities were either broken or closed. Rooms were definitely not as advertised.

Not great. It was ok for one night but honestly felt like a cheap motel. The check in staff sent me to the wrong room by mistake (she was very apologetic) it happened to be 1am and I let myself into someone else’s room luckily they had the lock on. Again, you could tell she felt bad and was very apologetic about it so no harm it happens. But then I get the next room the door handle doesn’t work…finally I’m in and sleeping I get back from breakfast explain to what I find out is the GM the situation last night - no apology no real anything really she was officious and dismissive when I said I’d be taking some extra time to check-out given the situation. She then had the room cleaners bang on my door exactly at 11am as a way for truly saying she did not care one bit she literally went out of her way to make my stay at the end a poor experience. I think the girl at the desk said her name was Victoria but I can’t remember anyways do not recommend there’s a much nice one down the road called the Canopy try that instead that’s where I had breakfast and it was great.

So first off this is not a resort it’s a motel. It’s hard to tell from the pictures and it was a little misleading. My wife didn’t feel safe with our doors opening right to the parking lot and street. The police were removing a homeless person on our first morning when we woke up. You can hear everyone rolling their suitcases and parking through the night. There is no reliable wifi. It was in out our entire 6 days and maybe you could get 15 minutes of wifi. Bad if you are trying to work remotely or need wifi to stay in touch. Also the TV at first didn’t work on our first night but that seemed to improve through our stay although it did keep getting errors where you needed to turn it on and off. They really need to fix their wifi I honestly can’t remember staying at a place that didn’t have reliable wifi. They kept saying they were trying to fix it but never improved our entire 6 day stay. The location is really convenient close to parks and paths and the staff were nice. The pool is really nice and the pictures do it justice. Also the hotel is changing hands / brands so the restaurant is closed so there is no food on site.

I have to question the integrity of this hotel and the cleanliness. Im not sure how this can get missed when they turn over the rooms. I paid $140 a night and the delayed response from the hotel to even replace the chair was baffling. It took them an entire day for any replacement or service. I think there are better hotels in the area and will never stay here again

First of all this property does not have an elevator so if you have heavy luggages and your room is upstairs it is very challenging. As soon as we walked into the room there was a strong smell. The first thing we noticed were dirty sheets and pillowcases! They didn’t have many replacement options because we checked in at night time. Overall we did not have a good experience with this hotel. Again I’m more upset about trusting expedia with their ratings!
