The website I was taken to calls the property a Hotel, which is not. It is definitely a Motel, and the pictures didn't do much to illuminate that; wide angle shots of the room to make it look bigger. We checked out after one night.

This property has been fixed up from what it was before. It is a clean, no-frills accomodation. Its proximity to this park allows for quick exercising right across the street. I didn't see a restaurant but there are plenty of venues in the immediate area. If I had to redo it and money wasn't a question I'd probably get one of the more spacious rooms. Although the standard room is fine for most things.

Comfortable and Affordable
It was very clean and comfortable. Had an issue and they sent someone to help almost immediately. Surprisingly great place to stay considering the affordable rate.

The rooms are super tiny and crammed. One of the beds was right next to the air conditioner and it was unbearable to sleep because it hit directly on you and was super cold. Then if you turned it off, the room got super hot. It was just super uncomfortable.

Stay was good, me and my wife drink a lot of coffee and when I asked for extra they gave us 1, and when we went swimming, if we wanted to use a towel we had to walk to the front and get a towel that needed to be returned after to avoid being charged, we stayed in a room with a hot tube and the floor was soaked, and the door kept getting stuck and having to push hard to get in but otherwise it was okay, the 3-palms in Tucson was way better.
