Our Home away from home! This Second Story Condo, is a bright and roomy split floor plan with a nice patio and view of the pool... Located in a Quiet Gated Community. Once you enter and go up the stairs the Master bedroom and bath is on the right side and the additional two bedrooms one bath on the other side with a roomy living room and kitchen in the middle. We have Cable TV in the living room with Premium Channels and it's a Smart TV. There are also Smart TV's in every Bedroom. We offer Garage Parking for 1 Car plus onsite free parking if you have a second car. We are located less than one mile from Old town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall. We are 1/2 Mile from Giants Scottsdale Stadium, 11 miles from the Diamond Backs Chase Field, 12 Miles from TCP Scottsdale and 12 miles from West World for Barrett Jackson!! Lovely Unit
A lovely unit and a lovely experience for my first vrbo rental. Owner was in contact and very helpful. Everything worked. Unit is comfortable and well-stocked; and very clean. The complex is quiet. Would stay here again!

A good stay
I give 5 stars because our parents love this apartment and they thought it was a lot better than a hotel. But I think it could be better if: 1. A larger non slippery mat in the bathtub and a warning of slippery (the bathtub is really really slippery) 2. Down the temperature before the guests checking in as it’s in summer and it’s Phoenix!

Sister trip to Scottsdale
The property was perfect for my two sisters and I. We each had our own bedroom with large televisions and the two bathrooms were more than adequate. There was a really nice patio and the pool was right below the unit. The kitchen and living room were perfect for us to prepare breakfast each day and a nice dinner one evening. Restaurants are fairly close by and it’s a short drive to Old Town Scottsdale. We hiked at the Reserve which was only about a 20 minute drive. We felt very safe in this unit and had excellent communication with the owner. We would definitely stay again when in the Scottsdale area!

Great Stay!
Spent Spring Break bounding around AZ doing site seeing and settled in Scottsdale at Brian's place to cap off the trip. It's in a gated community minutes away from shopping, coffee (Starbucks and DD), groceries and old town Scottsdale. It was between Phoenix and Tempe - we did a couple college tours while we were in town. Loved the layout - 3 bedrooms so the teens got their own rooms and shared a bathroom which was great. The place is very clean and tidy with updated appliances and smart TV's everywhere. There are even some board games to play as a family... we were lucky enough to get our kids away from their phones long enough :) Weather was a bit cool the first day, but we did hit the pool which is viewable from the balcony. Just a note - this is a single level condo on the second floor. We had no issues, but there are stairs to the second floor. Brian was great and had us all setup when we checked in and was available throughout our stay to answer questions or just check in to see how we're doing. Thanks for welcoming us into your home!

Cousin Trip
Met a couple cousins from other states at this condo for the weekend. It was so clean and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The whole complex was very quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. We were a little disappointed the hot tub in the complex wasn’t working but it certainly didn’t ruin our trip. We would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again.

Great place, great location for our stay, condo is super nice, great set up that will meet all your needs. Two different pools and hot tubs inside this location. Easy access to the 101, old town, and the Scottsdale rd strip. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone needing a place to stay in Scottsdale!

We had a great stay at Brian’s place. It was well appointed and had all the things you expect for a complete vacation. It’s just minutes to Old Town, a short drive to Westworld and Taliesin, and a nice walk to see the SF Giants spring training games. The condo is located in a quiet and secure location near supermarkets and pharmacies as needed. Brian was an excellent host and takes pride in his home away from home. When we next plan a trip to Scottsdale, this one is on our list.

The layout of the unit was perfect for our family, which included son, daughter in law, and 2 grandsons aged 5 and 2. Everyone enjoyed their stay. It would be helpful to have a second key so people can stay to use pool, while others go out. Overall would still highly recommend, and would stay again

Great stay!
This property was a great fit for us. It was mostly just the two of us, so we had more than enough space. Our family (2 adults and 2 kids) visited for a few days and the set up was really nice with 2 bedrooms on one side and the master on the other. It was quiet and safe (we liked that it was gated). Very glad to have a garage. The only thing we were disappointed in was that the pool was very cold due to cool weather (we knew it was not heated, but we had hoped we could still use it). We did use the hot tub and we did sit by the pool. It was quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the nearby walking trail. We would definitely stay here again.

Bright welcoming home!
We were in Scottsdale for a family wedding, with 3 couples staying at the Stella home for a week. The home has everything we needed for a comfortable & fun stay. Gathering together in the family room, or on the balcony gave lots of options for time together. Everyone had different schedules of activities, and the ability to access the condo on our own time was super easy. The location is great, easy access to Old Town Scottsdale, as well as shops & restaurants too. Quick access to the freeway gave lots of options for exploring other areas of AZ outside the city. The management team was very good to work with, and very communicative regarding our stay. Would most definitely stay here again!

A wonderful stay in Scottsdale!
The unit was first class! Great kitchen which is important for us. Gated community is always nice! This is also the first time we have stayed in vrbo with a garage. Everything was first class!
