As a result of this unnecessary eviction, I had to purchase another room elsewhere for the rest of my trip, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. I believe the treatment I received was prejudiced and unfair. It’s disappointing to leave a hotel where you expected to feel comfortable and welcomed. I hope management takes these concerns seriously to improve the experience for future guests.

Nice place just a couple of things needed to know
Pizza from bar was not all the way cooked, shuttle service doesn't start until 6:00 am, desk offered a Lyft but message did not get to overnight desk so had to get it ourself.

My room was dirty. Had to ask to get garbage thrown out and it took 2 days for that. I asked for more towels and they said I could come down to desk the next morning and get them. I was locked out of hotel as the front door wasn't working properly. No kitchen on 24th or 25th. I picked it because Marriot ...I absolutely will not be back. I do need to say the employees I was in contact with were 5 star.

Got here around 12:30am since my plane arrived so late and had to get rental. When I got there I was told that other high end clients had purchased all the rooms even though I had a reservation. The gentlemen at the desk said he was sorry and that there was nothing he could do to accommodate my son and I. He was not rude but not friendly either. He sent me about 10 Minutes away and thankfully I was a let o get a room at a different place. I think the part that frustrates me the most is that I specifically called and was told that it was not a big deal that I would be arriving so late and that they would out a note on the account. I had no warning no phone call nothing.

Motel 6 Aloft
This Aloft property does not meet Marriott standards. It more resembled an old high-rise motel that has had modern carpet and Aloft logos slapped on each floor. Windows are so poor that four floors up, it feels like the sirens and airplanes are in the room with you. There are dummy AC controls on the wall that aren't actually connected to any heating or cooling. If you want to drown out the motorcycles and planes, you're forced to blast cold or hot air from the motel-style HVAC units installed by the window. We reserved a room for three people, and paid extra for two queen beds. We arrived and were told they gave away our room, and the only room left was a single bed. No accommodations were offered, but they made many excuses about rewards members requesting two beds (i.e. lowly non-elite customers can expect to have their rooms given away). We were told no roll-away beds or sofas were available, so we were provided with an extra blanket so one of us could sleep on the floor. Will not return.
