A possible refund?
I did not stay the night. I felt uncomfortable and a bit scared getting back into the room, after having been out for dinner and playing bingo. There were people standing outside near my room, and there was a guy walking around in the parking lot, seem like checking out vehicles.This is around midnight. So I left, did not sleep in the bed and didn't touch anything at all. I paid for a room I did not stay in. Is it possible to get a refund? I slept in my vehicle in a parking lot at a casino. That was my visit to the valley after driving 4 hours from northern Arizona.

Pretty sketchy and dirty motel. Items I found in my room upon check included the cap to a syringe, hair ties and some cockroaches.

Needed something quick in the Tempe area? Okay, I picked this Location on arrival. Had difficulty getting checked in staff. Was not there said be back in 20 minutes, but I never really knew when that sign was even put up. After getting checked in, I realized that this location was very old. Set a nice pool, seamed World Cup, got into room. Door literally had light coming through it when it was closed. I think that's how the bugs get in painting had not been finished. Electrical device is not installed correctly or put into big holes in the ceiling. No smoke detector.
