We have been to this location once before and it was wonderful. That was two years ago. We went this time and were very disappointed. We paid for early check in and our room wasn't ready so they gave us another room further away from water park. The room they gave us was very worn and outdated. There was rust in the bathtub and the room smelled like mold and feet. Water park was nice but there were so many bees that the kids and I were worried about being attacked. What really was horrible is that they charge about $16 for a snow cone and the kids couldnt even eat it because they instantly attracted bees. Prob will not stay here again.

Large property. Very clean. Liked the fire pits. Great amenities. Enjoyed water park for a couple of hours a day, but rotating features. Wished we had more time to use the athletic club and fitness center as it was really nice with a yoga platform overlooking a very nice view

Highly recommend for couples and families.
Beautiful resort with a lot of amenities! We had one small issue where the hot water went down in our building but they promptly notified us and relocated us to a beautiful room in the golf course. Wonderful service and the waterpark is amazing. The rooms were SILENT!

The room furnishings are outdated and the furniture is shabby looking - faux wicker ?! The floor was filthy- I don’t think it had seen a good cleaning in awhile. Hot tubs weren’t as hot as they should be. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a friend. The value for the money was missing.

This property’s only saving grace was the staff. They were always helpful and kind. The hotel is in a VERY unsafe area so leaving the property was hard. There are only 3 restaurants on property however and they are open to the public so they are CROWDED. The rooms are dated and we had plumbing issues our entire stay. The other issue is that when they have the “rotating water park features” they will let children wait in line and then close the slide for children standing in line, rather than cap the line, so numerous times our children would wait in line for the slides for 20-30 minutes, get to the top/front of the line and be told “sorry slide is closed for the next hour”. We would not stay here again, given there are numerous similar choices in the Phoenix area with better prices, especially after the “resort fee” they will hit you with at the end of your stay (oh and if you have more than four people in your room you will also have to pay $55 a day for water park access per extra person).
