This resort was amazing. From check in, the spa, restaurants, the pool, and check out, everyone was so friendly and seemed to really care about your experience and making it positive and relaxing. The grounds are very well taken care of and the location was also perfect for us. I scheduled a massage and facials at the spa and it was amazing. I would highly recommend.

I treated myself to two night here before having to move over to a hotel close to a conference for which I am in town. The staff was unbelievably nice; I had a guest come to visit who came to the lobby and wasn’t sure how to find my building. Someone jumped to give them a ride over on a golf cart which was great in that high heat! Being able to do some work for a while in the room and then go take a turn around the lazy river was an ideal working vacation. It is also extremely close to Arizona Mills mall, which came in handy.

The property is very nice. The water park and pools are excellent. The gym is fantastic. The room we had was….adequate. It was upgraded but felt a bit dated.

It very difficult to get around the property. It was difficult to find my room. It was hard to find places to eat. The whole stay I smelled very strong weed smell
