Great home!
This tastefully decorated and well appointed home is delightful. We found it clean and the hosts welcoming. Definitely a thumbs up and worthy of 5 stars.
Gold Canyon is just outside the fray and hustle bustle of Phoenix, Mesa, Gilbert and Chandler yet is is close enough to fine restaurants, shopping and the airport.

Feels Like Home
This was our second winter in this house. We spent 4 months this time and once again found it to be very spacious and comfortable for us and our guests. It is so well stocked - we really wanted for nothing and many extras are provided. Very thoughtful and gracious landlords. It has nice patio on both sides of the house where we enjoyed watching the birds and relaxing. We enjoy the people and activities of this 55+ community and it's a beautiful location.

Clean, comfortable and quiet
This home is exactly as shown in the photo’s on this website. The house was very clean and comfortable, and had a very well equipped kitchen. Really appreciated the very comfortable king bed, good cable HD TV’s, desk and wireless printer, good high speed internet connection, WIFI and a landline.
Mountainbrook village is a great +55 community and we enjoyed many of the activities it offered.
The owner was helpful and very easy to work with. We enjoyed our three month stay and would like to return.
