Good overnight stay with comfortable bed and clean room. Sometimes that is a challenge with even high-end hotels. Good value and nice central location with short driving distance to Scottsdale and more.

Put us in a room with bathroom for the disabled. A bar across the toilet was rusty, so had to be careful not to touch it. They would not transfer us to another room "at your rate" saying we had to pay another $100.00 just for a king bed plus what we had already paid. I won't book through Expedia again.

Shower didn’t work for three nights. Had to shower elsewhere. Dirty towels, dirty room, coffee machine in room broken, room door didn’t shut all the way. Horrible!

Overall good place to stay
I have stayed at this hotel before. It’s a good spot for the value overall. It’s conveniently located and feels safe. For a 7 day stay however, I only received housekeeping 2 times. I don’t feel that’s acceptable for the length of my stay. Again, for the price, the location and amenities are a good value.

There seems to be some kind of remodeling going on. It has a slight impact on parking. The stairs really need to have lighting. Each step should have a light. It would be very easy to miss a step and get hurt.
