Far far far exceeded expectations. Owners are very responsive, communicative, and accommodating.Clean, had supplies delivered (laundry detergent, paper towels…etc.) Have been to several VRBO, and this home had anything you would need and more. They had high chair, pak-n-play…anything for young children. Super for families as well as a romantic getaway.Highly recommend!

The house was very well suited for a large group- plenty of beds and bathroom space. We had 8 girls and felt very comfortable. We had some trouble with the code getting into the house and the host was able to address the problem pretty immediately which was great.

The house has been updated but furnishings needs to be updated- couch has questionable stain, double queen bedroom is missing window coverings on 2 small windows, and half of the lights in that bedroom are out. Only trash bags were in cans, no extra paper towels or TP. Definitely not a luxury home. Disappointing Backyard is pretty but all the cushions are worn out.

Exceeded expectations!
Martijn’s house was fantastic for me, my wife, our three adult children, spouses and grandchildren! We spent busy mornings around the Scottsdale area and most afternoons enjoying the private pool, hot tub, cornhole and putting green! Even with nine people we had more than enough room. Great, fully supplied kitchen…hot showers…big bedrooms… nice indoor living area to watch a movie. Many attractions within a short drive, easy access to gas and groceries. Wonderful family time at nearby Papago Park and Fountain City. Martijn is a great host…answering the few questions we had very quickly. This site is highly recommended, if it’s available for you, book it!! Thank you, Martijn, for sharing your amazing home with us.

Great home
This was a great place for grandparents, parents and young adult kids. The pool was fantastic and the outdoor area had plenty of seating. We spent a lot of time outside. It could use a few upgrades, like box springs under a few of the mattresses, a new handle on the fridge, new couch for stain on the cushion, and that would make this place amazing. But despite that, I would still go back here. Owner responses to questions, and overall experience was great.

Best VRBO house ever
Everything was perfect, from check-in to check-out easy process. The house was recently remodeled with new refrigerator and new accent walls, that surprised us. House was extremely clean and we had a wonderful time. The location is amazing too. We didn’t want leave to house to explore. The outside is with brand new coaches and an amazing jacuzzi, TVs everywhere. Overall 10/10. I definitely recommend this house and for sure will be booking again. I had a group of 12 people and everyone slept very comfortably!

This house has been ridden hard over the years, the furniture is gross, the walls have stains all over them, the ceiling fans don’t work, freezer is broken to name a few issues. The pool was great and probably the highlight of the house. We were a group of 7 men on a golf trip who could look past a dirty beat up house. If I brought my family we would have looked for a hotel in place of this VRBO.

Outdoor fun
Family group stayed here for a week. Nice layout and excellent outdoor area. Hot tub and pool were a definite highlight. We often hung out outside. Great fake grass and seating areas with an outdoor TV. The place needs a deep clean. The floor was swept, but people's socks would be black after a few minutes because the floor was so dirty. The couch in the living room is really really gross and honestly has to be replaced immediately. There were quiet a few small things that were broken (shower rod, leaking ceiling, mold in ice machine, freezer handle missing, batteries missing in remote controls) that added up. Bottom line is that this is a nice place with a little TLC could be a top notch stay.

Ideal place for a bachelor/bachelorette party
We booked this home for a much needed family trip in November. There were 4 adults and 3 young children. House itself was spacious and lots of outdoor area to lounge around. The day bed was a hit, TVs in most rooms and outside. As stated in other reviews (and I was hoping they were false) the house needs some TLC. The pictures advertised are somewhat accurate. Yes a very modern home with nice features given the high end appeal but the amount of dings and scuffs in the walls and broken items starts to take the feel away. Pool being heated is a bonus and great size kitchen for cooking. The couch needs to be tossed or professionally stram cleaned. It is stained and gross. We would lay towels on it while sitting. Theses are all minor things that you will notice but will not ruin your stay. Owner was easy to contact and answered our questions. Area of house location was a nice quite location. Phoenix is a beautiful place with lots to do with kids.

Pros: - great backyard, pool was perfect for our group - comfortable beds - location was perfect, close to everything - high end finishes in kitchen and bathrooms - host was responsive - high chair and pack n play at the home Cons: -Wall scent plug ins made a very strong smell in the house. - broken freezer and worn down furniture, wear and tear in the house - kitchen drawers had a lot of junk in them Overall, still a 5 star stay. The cons didn’t ruin our trip but made me want to try a different house when we go back.

Overall good but a few things
The house is good for what we needed it for, which was a bachelorette party. First and foremost my biggest issues were the lack of communication from the owner and the camera that is inside the house. I had to send 3-4 follow up messages to get a response from the owner and eventually the day before we arrive and while we’re staying, no responses at all. So do not expect much communication or help on that front. The camera in the house is very creepy, I’m pretty sure they have to disclose that to you but they didn’t. The house is nice but some things were not working (lights, fans, slow drains, water pressure, broken freezer drawer, etc.) and we also are pretty sure the coffee maker has never been cleaned because it tasted awful and sour even when trying different coffee grounds and washing everything. There is also not even close to enough seating for that house. The couch is also kind of gross/smelly. All in all it was fine for what we needed it for, but we were definitely disappointed and frustrated by several things.
