The property and room itself was fine. However, my specific room was very cold despite adjusting and even turning off the AC controls. They sent text messages upon check in and the next morning asking if I needed anything and to reach out if I did. Which I did, but never received a response. They apologized at check out but my guest and I were still uncomfortably cold whenever we were in our room.
