I stayed at the property for 9 days during my visit to Scottsdale. The property was as described and with its easy access to old town Scottsdale made for a very nice stay. The property was clean, quiet and had all the amenities I needed for my stay.

Very comfortable and attractive rental. was not happy with the communal laundry room. It was clean but small and I’m spoiled with my laundry room in my house. Lots of room in the unit and thoughtful items like a pool float, good kitchen equipment and appliances. It was also nice to have a desk to work at. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed the condo. It was very comfortable, clean, quiet, and we appreciated the k-cups. Only suggestion is to put which parking space to use in the initial email instructions for checking in.

Loved it! Great location close to Old Town Scottsdale. Very quiet. Easy instructions for check in and out. Responsive property manager. Older property, but clean, remodeled, and everything in working order (except the ice maker). Well stocked with conveniences. Comfortable bed. Nice spaces. We really enjoyed it! Were in town for Spring Training, saw two games and had lots of restaurant options close to the property. Would stay again!

Good condo, a little attention needed
The property's location is close to downtown Scottsdale and the occupants of the complex are all very nice and friendly. There are some minor but important repairs needed at the condo, like fixing the broken gate into the patio that is a safety issue and bangs at night and no filtered water working in the unit. The property manager responded promptly when notified at check in about them, but he said they had a long list for their handyman but couldn't get him out nor could they obtain the filters.

Great condo
The condo was as described and the little private sitting area and BBQ were awesome and we used this area everyday. The beds were just okay not great but not bad. If I could offer constructive criticism it would mostly be the pool area. The add said heated pool which is probably true but it actually needs to be turned on or turned up as if the weather was not 90 F I don’t think we could have used it. Second was it says if you move the pool furniture put it back, we’ll there is only one pool umbrella for the whole condo. While moving this to get some shade one of the Condo unit owners was walking by and barked at us to make sure we moved it back (he was somewhat rude)! The pool furniture definitely needs upgrading and if there was sufficient umbrellas you would not have to move them around, condos nearby have upwards of 4 or more umbrellas per pool. Really the pool furniture and heat is probably the only issue. I would still highly recommend this unit.

Great common spaces, but beds/baths uncomfortable
Loved the common rooms and outdoor spaces—and the location was very convenient. But the bathrooms weren’t working great—drainage issue in the master and missing bathmat in the hall bath. The layout of the beds/baths was also a bit hard to navigate, with few overhead lights and some bulbs burned out. Convenient location!

House has all the amenities we would want. Spacious, well maintained and very clean. 20 min drive from PHX. 20 walk to downtown Old Scottsdale. Endless choice of restaurants along N. Scottsdale Rd. Lots of easy to hard hiking/biking/horse trails within an hour's drive.

Sometimes It’s The Little Things
What a great place! So many ways this property went above our expectations! From the flowery folds on paper products, to a kitchen complete with Kureig and pods, to the convenience of dining, shopping, site seeing…this VRBO was awesome! Quaint decor, comfy beds, huge dining area, kitchen stocked with everything from silverware to seasonings, cookware to crockpots, an enclosed patio, and an outdoor patio. Close to the pool too. Would and will highly recommend this property!
