Hotel properties that use the mini split type of HVAC units need to put more effort into keeping them running properly. Our unit sounded as if a semi truck had run into the wall each time it cycled. Good thing we had ear plugs for sleeping!!!

I loved the layout of the room. We had our sleeping area, a separate area with a small couch and ottomans, closet, desk area. We even had a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker. We were so very pleased. Super quiet for a good night’s rest. Thank you!
