Our room was clean but there was mold around the tub. The beds were soft and comfortable. The air conditioning worked good and wasn’t too loud. A light fixture in the room was broken so they just unplugged it and took out the lightbulb. Two of the four lightbulbs above the bathroom mirror were broken. The shower water was tepid even after letting it run for a very long time. We never did get hot water. Easy access to gas stations and restaurants.

Furniture missing, microwave and refrigerator not working, had iron but no ironing board, no hot water in morning, previous guests dirty socks found, toilet seat not working properly. Room seemed like third world accommodation. Stay away from this place.

OK Stay but not great
The front desk was not very welcoming. I had to ask about breakfast hours and had checkout at 10 instead of normal 11am. Also breakfast ended at 9 instead of 10. The parking lot was unkempt as well. It was OK but not as welcoming or clean as Camp Verde Days Inn.

Sketchy. An the punjabi that works the office is rude asf. We stayed for work, an they guy wouldnt let my employees take fruit out of the dinning area. We dont sit and eat. We left the same day. Wont be going back. Ever

I guess you get what you pay for. Place is decent and I’m happy there was no carpet, only tile floor. Bathroom and room was clean. Staff seemed to be tight on extra towels and the blankets have cigarette burns in them. Good location.

What can I say? The toilet paper holder was missing and roll shoved in wall. Tile missing near tub and filthy. Pull for shower was stuck so no shower and tub didn’t drain. Booked room for 3 and had towels and coffee for 1. Asked maid for more but she never came. Called front desk and brought us two wash clothes. Really? No hot breakfast. Only waffles and the batter was all gone. Only cold cereal and white toast. It was 8:03 am. Put in room in front of pool gate which slammed ever 10 to 15 minutes. Only parking near was “FOR STAFF ONLY”. It was 114 degrees, seriously!!! Loud partying at pool, drinking beer in glass bottles (corona) and boom box turned up way loud. We are old and our hearing is not so good so it was loud to us. We complained. It was quieter for about 20 minutes and started up again. Continued until 10:20. Never stay there!!!

They checked me out of my room after 3rd night while I was away. I had paid for 5 nights. They did not bother to look at the reservation details and refunded my card 2 nights and put someone else in my room. Then had to hunt down all my belongings. I got all back except 2 gatorades. I give 0 stars. I was there to see my dieing best friend of 50 plus years and found out his oldest daughter will not live very long either (probably won't make it to the end of the year). With the crap the hotel pulled (which is most likely against the law) it added that much more stress. They think $30 is enough compensation. I do not think it is. I think they should have given me back the room I was in and move the person they had just put in there to the room they gave me. Also should have give me the room for free for the remaining 2 nights. They put me in a room that smelled horrible a TV half the size , no table space and no where to put my suitcase. AGAIN "0" STARS

Desk personnel struggle to communicate, I stayed 3 nights room was clean 1 night. Shower never got hot and was in poor repair. Room was clean and it looked to me like property had potential but not very well maintained
