The Accidental Stay
It was an accidental stay. We and another couple were to share a condo for the Thanksgiving weekend. When we arrived, we checked the sofa bed and discovered no sheets, no blankets, no pillows. And only 2 towels in the bathroom. Despite repeated assurances linens were on the way, at about 7:30PM, I booked at the Doubletree. Greeted warmly at the front desk. Offered extra cookies to offset my horrid experience at the condo. Clean, comfortable and warmly greeted. Just what I needed. Thank you Doubletree and your fantastic front desk staff and Manager.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful property! Espresso machine broken in coffee bar area for 2 of our 4 night stay. Housekeeping seemed to be short staffed. Would recommend having a door sign where you can opt out of cleaning service for the day. Or, that a full service clean not be required every day. Tennis courts had flood lights burnt out. Also basketball hoops could not be adjusted up our down and lots of major cracks in the courts. Great fitness room. Overall, great location and price point.

We got into our room and there was one washcloth and only two towels and one hand towel. The coffe cups were disarray and not clean. Carpets were dirty and the back patio had left over coffee cups on dust dirty table and patio needed to be swept and clean. No maid service at all.

Nice property main pool is nice but the sun only hits certain areas in the afternoon. Lots of kids around which can make it a little noisy. But good doot for families food was good at the bars. Cookies delicious staff great
