1. First night: Beverage and food orders at the lobby restaurant/lounge: no one was there to take (start) an order for over 40 min. Bar tenders and restaurant management were not responsive at all. I had business partners visiting me at the lobby, and I could not get them any food or drink. 2. Room service order was not processed (started on) until 1 hour. Concierge called me after 1.5 hr to ask what was the order. 3. At check-in, I asked concierge in person about slippers and/or robe, was told the items would be delivered. That never happened during the stay, and I was not informed that it wouldn’t. 4. Absence of parking assistance or advisory. Took a long time to find navigation to the right spot. 5. At the end, the staff was friendly and kindly assisted with canceling the last night. I appreciate that. 6. One server or restaurant manager downstairs was prompt to help and did best she could on my last night.
