Not a Hilton
For starters, I received no warning about the parking situation BEFORE arriving at the hotel especially since I checked in online. Secondly, there was a consistent leak in my bathroom over the toilet from the light fixture. I mentioned it in an email/message when I was sent an email to describe my check-in but no one responded. Was nothing done about it because I didn't bring it up in person?? And thirdly, nowhere in the hotel website or booking does it state that there is construction happening in the hotel until I showed up. Well I will not be coming back. Hilton needs to disbrand this hotel. I actually took photos to prove water damage/leak but of course the photo uploads are not working conveniently. I didn't want to switch rooms because I wanted to keep my corner room (I hate the layout of the hotel, everyone's room doors visible).

We were there for a short stay. Arrived close to 10pm so were able to quickly order some food and drinks before the bar area closed. Hotel allowed us to have a later checkout at 1pm then we were off again. Only issue we had was that we were not asked about Hilton membership and missed water bottles that were offered, I think, to members upon check in. Great breakfast and, though we missed the manager's reception, we appreciate that as well.
