Your staff was amazing - front desk, cleaning staff, cooks...Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Jonathan, who checked us in and helped with good food recommendations and more. The space is beautiful and the rooms are terrific! I'll happily stay again.

The massive amount of construction ongoing and the jack hammer in the afternoon while I was trying to work almost overshadowed all of the good aspects of this property. I enjoyed the breakfast. The common areas were very hot, but it was Phoenix after all. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I do like having a suite with a separate room to work in that is not a bedroom.

We enjoyed our stay. The room and property were clean and comfortable. The evening bar tender and breakfast cook were excellent. Minor complaint was that the coffee in the room was not replenished which was disappointing because we started our days early prior to the breakfast coffee being available downstairs. We will certainly be back and would recommend this location to others.

Although the room was clean and comfortable the lobby area was very dirty and worn. The complimentary breakfast are was very dirty - the person cooking the eggs was very rude and the whole area was very old and dirty. Food was not good

Went for the first time to Arizona for a weekend getaway. This location looked to be in a good neighborhood and the hotel looked so pretty. We arrived before check in and Mark was very helpful and was able to check me in quick. We had a 1st floor room, I didn’t realize I had booked an accessible room. The room had a patio with space BUT did not feel safe. Anyone walking by could just jump in. The room was spacious but very outdated. Didn’t think I was going to enjoy this stay so I asked Mark if we could switch rooms and without hesitation he did it, THANK YOU MARK! We were rebooked on 4th floor, on the construction side, however we were not bothered by it at all. No noise, just not a nice view. The rebooked room was no better than the first one, it had a horrible smell, like motel 6 smell. The patio curtains were horribly stained. The bathroom cabinet were broken, the sink area in the room also had broken cabinets. The pillows/sheets smelled like washed sweat. The carpeting is very outdated. There was sufficient space around the suite for a family of 4, that we really enjoyed! The balcony only has 1 chair and only fits 2 adults. The pool was okay, not the best not the worst. They offer complimentary alcoholic drinks during happy hour, that was very inviting, 2 per adult! Breakfast on Sunday morning was horrible. It was extremely busy and very short staffed. One cook only for a booked hotel, and about 2 additional employees trying too clean up and refill all other items.

The property is undergoing renovations. They are handling this process very well. Everything was clean and quiet. My room was newly renovated. I especially liked the nice large vanity outside the bathroom, the mirrors and the bedding. I only wish I could have stayed longer and used the pool.

Tranquil and comfortable
Very nice lobby with waterfalls and fish. The staff is not readily available at desk upon check in but thorough once arrived. The property is going through renovations but is still nice. A bit dated but rooms are comfortable. Close to alot of restaurants and shopping. Would definitely book again
