Perfect getaway
We planned a last minute trip for a football game. We wanted to stay close to the stadium and with this gem we were close to the casino as well! The room gives you exactly what you need.. a place to stay. Now, they don’t offer breakfast but have a mini grocery store if you want to cook or eat at the hotel. Beyond that, there are so many food options in walking distance. It’s affordable, nice, the staff was amazing, and the scent when you walk in the front doors is completely inviting. We will definitely rebook for our next family trip.

Excellent location great staff but pillows were very flat and footsteps of guests above loudly heard and hardest thing to overcome isctraffic noises. I used chesp earxplugs on second night but that was probably the only reason i hesitate to book in future.

My biggest complaint was the odor in the room. I asked to switch rooms, and the front desk staff was happy to assist, but the second room was just as bad. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Wonderful, NEW Had everthing we needed plus more. Large full size fridge was nice. Couldnt figure out how to use our own streaming apps but they had cable.

New hotel, unorganized
New hotel so maybe start up issues but the front desk staff was not good. We arrived at 3:00 (check in time) along with many other guests as we were all going to attend the Monday Night Football game at the nearby stadium. We were informed rooms were not ready. They then allowed guests who waited the lobby to check in and those who left were put in the end of the line. Many were unable to check in before the game and had to wait until late in the night. It was very unorganized. Check in included just giving the keys, no explanation of amenities or property. They do not provide hair conditioner or body lotion. The towels were brand new even with fresh lint on them. Beds and sheets were great and room was clean. Would try to stay elsewhere next time I visit Glendale.
