My hotel search preference included shuttle service to Sky Harbor airport. When I arrived, I was told shuttle service was not available. I will not be choosing this location again.

The hotel itself was great with everything we needed. Unfortunately we were located next door to a very loud and disrespectful guests that proceeded to party until the early morning hours which was extremely disruptive and made our first night miserable. We called the front desk, complained and the party quieted down for about 20 minutes and then went back to full force.

Let me start by saying that I never write reviews nor do I ever take the time to either praise or complain about anything because I simply don’t like to waste time. However, this is my third exception. I booked this room through Expedia whom advertised the rate at $84 and when I confirmed the room, it charged $99 plus tax and fees. I contacted them immediately to change the room rate and they were not helpful nor did they honor what I initially selected (this will be the last time I use Expedia to book ANYTHING). The staff at the hotel was very friendly and the property itself was clean and beautiful. The room I stayed in had noise coming from the air conditioning unit (even though the unit was off). It was an endless annoying humming noise that went on the entire night. In addition, the room I was assigned to must have been located very close the an ice machine because I could hear water drainage and what seemed to be ice being dispensed spontaneously from time to time all night. I am NOT a light sleeper. And still was unable to get a decent nights sleep (waking up the entire night due to the commotion). In the morning, the breakfast offered was excellent (plenty of choices) my favorite were the small egg/spinach quiche cakes and the yogurt with numerous toppings. The check-out process was easy and convenient. Overall, great location but my stay was not what I expected and very disappointing. After all hotels are places where people go to get a good nights sleep!! :(

Amazing place!!
The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The pool area was beautiful that i felt like we were in a resort. The breakfast buffet was spectacular. The sensitivity to different people's food needs (glutten free, vegan) made our breakfast something we looked forward to each morning! The gym facility was also amazing...the varied equipment...the TRX bands, Kettle balls, cardio machines and free weights. We will definitely come back and highly recommended this place.

I really enjoyed staying here. I liked the convenient location to shopping and our event that night. I really enjoyed the pool area and hot tub. We came back from a show at the nearby casino and was still able to go swimming in the heated pool that night because it didn’t close til 11pm. The hotel was clean and I felt safe there as well. You need your card key to use the elevator. I had a restful sleep even though I heard people above us walking around but it was muffled enough that it didn’t keep me awake. Our bed was soft and comfy and the room dark with the blackout curtains. Only thing that bothered me was the light from the control pad for the heater. The room had a refrigerator, microwave and a coffee machine which was useful. In the morning they served a nice breakfast with many choices. You could get eggs and sausage, breakfast sandwiches or waffles or oatmeal with many toppings. I would definitely stay here again.
