- Please note that the bonus room does not have a door, offering no privacy, and is therefore most suitable for children.

Unclean and sketchy
Found a used syringe in the house shortly after check in. The house looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while or had things fixed when broken. The master bathroom had sticky substances on the walls and coffee ring stains on the counter. All of the carpets were extremely stained and looked very dirty. “Rode hard and put up wet” comes to mind when describing the property. The pictures online looked very clean and pretty and were very different from our actual experience. Not worth the price, wouldn’t stay here again. The pool and location were nice but that is about all.

Beautiful property and amazing host
This listing was a godsend! We had a property host basically ghost us- took our money, no check in info, and can't get a hold of them. Avantstay came to the rescue and allowed us to book this property the day off. We had a party of 18 people. The house is beautiful and the staff is so responsive and prompt. Only thing I would recommend is having additional bedding for the mattresses provided. We had 18 guests and had to use additional mattresses. We were provided a sheet for each mattress, which we used to put on top, but had to scrounge from other rooms to cover them during the night. Honestly, those our minute details. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Girls Weekend in AZ
Overall this property worked well for our group, it had enough space and beds for all and the outdoor space was exactly what we wanted. The location was good, we could walk to dinner, which was fun. There are definitely some things that could make it even better though. For a house that sleeps 19, it needed more towels especially more than 8 beach towels. We ended up buying extra towels and other amenities that were missing (thanks to shipt and instacart!) It could use more hair dryers, pot holders, dish soap, a strainer, a better wine opener, more plastic cocktail glasses and even some pool noodles would be nice. We left our floaties hoping to help another group out! It would also be nice to have a full list of amenities beforehand to know what exactly is in the house and what we needed to buy. The QR code by the door doesn't actually give you any instructions on how to turn on pool lights/features. We finally figured it out on the last day. We also paid for pool heating for 4 days and I am pretty sure it only heated it for 1 day and then maybe broke or something because it was cold and the the pool vacuum also stopped working but we didn't figure that out until the last day either. Overall we had a delightful time but some of these additions could make it outstanding!

Minor maintenance makes a difference
Management was very responsive and helpful. Overall property is nice although could use some decor and landscape work. For the price, place should be perfect. One dishwasher wasn't working, water pressure problems, pool table missing a ball. Overall still a very nice experience.
