Gorgeous Chandler Lakeview Estate

This is a beautiful property in a lake community. it in a very safe and beautiful neighborhood located in Chandler, Arizona. Located near Chandler Mall and many, many restaurants. Also less than 10 minutes to the wonderful downtown Chandler area with many restaurants, DC Steakhouse and San Tan Brewery. 20 minutes to Bank One Ballpark. It is a 5 bedroom/3.5 bath home and 2 twin roll away beds that can be added for additional guests. The master has a jetted tub and a walkout balcony that overlooks the lake. There is a spiral staircase which leads down to the spacious outdoor patio. Master bedroom has large bathroom with beautiful tiled shower. 4 bedrooms are located upstairs - there are 3 king beds and 1 queen bed. There is an additional bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette downstairs with its own separate entrance. There are lakes and walking paths throughout the safe, quiet, neighborhood. Enjoy the large back patio with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Tranquil and relaxing all year around. There are 2 outdoor grills and plenty of patio seating on the very large patio overlooking the lake and waterfall. There are adorable ducks and turtles you don't want to miss!

Community pool/hot tub just a short walk away, as well as community tennis courts. This is a place you can be comfortable and feel at home. washer/dryer - free to use - located in the garage.

The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking for a large group. The 5th bedroom is located downstairs in an attached studio apartment with its own full bathroom and kitchenette.

Walking distance to the Neighborhood Walmart, Walgreens, and Burger King. 30 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport and 20 minutes to Mesa Gateway.

In Phoenix for baseball tournament
This property was better than expected if that is possible. Quiet neighbors, a fountain outside with soothing waterfall sounds out your window. Very well appointed. We cooked every day and had all we needed. Grill and flat top were great. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and soaps etc. The teens enjoyed the basketball court. There is a Walmart neighborhood market .3 miles away and it was perfect for us. The owners were very easy to communicate with. We WILL stay here next trip for sure.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas. The home was very clean and even decorated for the Holidays! The neighborhood is great and we enjoyed many family walks. The homes outdoor area is incredible with the stream and waterfall. Great for relaxing outside! We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious home with lots of outdoor space
This home was very spacious and far exceeded our needs. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were nice and soft. All bathrooms were well stocked and super clean. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The best part was the patio. There were several different seating areas to enjoy and the sound from the waterfall and ducks swimming by was relaxing. The host was very prompt when replying to questions which made things run more smoothly for us.

Great property! King beds-super comfy and nice linens. Motion furniture in family room is great space for hanging out. Backyard has lots of space next to a meandering creek and waterfalls. Nice kitchen. Quick and easy communication with Deanna the property manager.
