Had a short business trip in the phoenix area. Found this hotel with a little searching. Good price, nice location in relation to the chandler mall, and lots of restaurants. Brought the wife and kids and everyone enjoyed themselves. Only complaint was the beds being a little on the firm side. But thats personal and unavoidable.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights for a "staycation". Although we live only 20 minutes away, we felt like we were really somewhere else. It was peaceful and comfortable!

The first room i was put in, the ac wasnt on. It was very stuffy in the room and it had a mildew almost. We put the ac on and I could blow harder than it was coming out. After hours of waiting for the room to cool down, it was still hot in the room. I went to sleep w my daughter and niece and they woke me up at 3am with headaches. I called to complain and they switched rooms for us. The 2nd room was a little cooler but not by much. It NEVER got cool in the room. I will never stay there again. If i wanted to sweat my butt off, i couldve just stayed at home. After all, thats why you stay at a hotel in the summer...to soak up the ice cold ac. Complete waste of money. smell of

You will not regret staying at this hotel! Definitely top notch and one of the nicest hotels we‘ve ever stayed at. The breakfast is fantastic and maybe even our most favorite part! Check in was easy and the person very friendly. The hotel was nice and quiet and our son loved the outside pool.

Hot day in Az
The air conditioning worked well which might sound silly but I had just come from a hotel where it wasn’t. It must have been obvious that I was not doing well because Belinda the front desk person offered me some cold water. She was more concerned about how I was doing than in checking me in.
