We were only in for one night to attend a concert but our experience was wonderful. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. From the dining area, to the front desk, to other workers & valet everyone geeeted us with a super positive attitude which just made everything better. Our room was clean & comfortable. Would absolutely stay there again!

I was amazed at the valet service, even though everyone else was just as nice and amenable. The way they hustled the several blocks to get the vehicle and never complained about the heat and had smiles on their faces. The downtown area was somewhat troubling to navigate due to the construction but that was not under their control. Staff was OUTSTANDING all around.

Nice and cooperative staff. Very clean, good and fresh-made breakfast. Cons: Air conditioning operated non-stop without room control - sometimes too much of it. One of the maids threw/took out of the room the package with eyebrow dye, brush and developer owned and needed by my wife for 3 dyes (not expenssive but necessary)

The Hotel and staff were great. However, there is no parking for this hotel. You can pay for Valey Parking at $42/night, or you can use the public parking garage 1 block away, or take your chances and park on the metered street parking. Other than that, a pleasant stay, close to downtown venues.
