Bad neighborhood
Customer service was great. The front desk attendant was friendly and gave us a great recommendation for a steak house nearby. Unfortunately, the hotel is located in a “rough” area. We witnessed an arrest and another altercation with police just a couple of blocks away. The hotel room had a lot of wear and could stand to have replacements for some furniture pieces. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable. We won’t choose this hotel again.
