Great location. TLC required for the rooms
rooms very dated. With the slowest lift I have been on. Excellent location and the communal areas have been done up nicely. A bit of TLC required in the rooms. They did a good job dressing the communal areas for Christmas.

I have had good experience staying at Hilton hotel in the past. This time, i was diving from a long distance and was looking forward to a nice rest before my 10 hours drive home. Out of many hotels in the area, i choose to booked a room with Hilton Garden because of past present stayed. However, the night turned out to be the worse night. My room was directly above the pop-up bar that has loud music until midnight. I called the front desk around 11 pm and talked with Mack and he told me that it will be one more hour before the bar close and i asked for another room but he informed me that he has no more king bed room to move me to but he offered me a double beds room but I want to ask my wife whether she want to move or not. After we talked and i called the front dresk twice and both times no one picked up the phone. So we left it as that. It was horrible, unable to sleep. I wish that Mack who checked me in would informed me of the event and let me decide or put me in another room away from the bar but he didn't. I hope that the front desk staff would inform other guest immediately for something like that so that no one had to go through what i went through. It was horrible night for us!

Great location within 5-10 minutes easy walk of Old Town and Arts District. The HGI property was nice, but rooms would benefit from updates. Mattresses were firmer than we typically prefer.

The overall facility is really nice, but the bathroom in my room had a terrible odor that was pretty bad. Automatic door close so couldnt air it out. I did not realize there was a $22/night parking fee, but maybe I missed that in the listing.
