To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The hotel in its entirety was old and in need of some renovations. Walking into the actual hotel room, my family and I were greeted by an old unpleasant odor, which put us off. The furniture was old and EXTREMELY dirty with noticeable stains and dirt. It was so dirty that I didn’t even want to sit on it. The A/C was very loud and had an odor as well. The pictures advertised online are not what they have to offer. Very small pool area (low quality as well) and you have to walk quite a bit from your hotel room if you’d like to go. We were so disappointed that we left the day after we came and only stayed one night because there was no where else to go. Overall, this resort was extremely old and dirty, and low quality in terms of what they advertise online.

We stayed for 2 days while visiting friends in Phoenix. The room was clean but dated. Staff was friendly and the ground were nice. We went to the river ranch which wasnt too crowded , pool was clean and beverage service was great but expensive. Overall great experience 😊

Fambam Birthday Weekend Staycation
The Staff at the Resort was wonderful and accommodating. From the time we checked in at the front desk and the promptness we received service via text messaging throughout our stay. As well as the grounds staff being so friendly. The staff @ The Hole were great! Thank you for a memorable staycation.

The room was okay. Dated and older, which I expected from the other reviews. It was clean. The problems came at night. Someone above me was having a party with the LOUDEST music I've ever heard. I was fine until it was almost 11 and it just kept getting louder. I called the front desk multiple times, i text the help desk, and kept being told security would come. 2 hours later it went quiet... for about 45 minutes. Then it was back on. Needless to say, its not a place to go and relax.

Don't let the photos and the Hilton website fool you. This property is in need of some repair. Would I stay here again for a good deal (like we did this trip), maybe. I would at least consider it given we know what we are signing up for. But I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. -Most of the staff was great, except the front desk. They seemed annoyed about having to do their job. -The waterpark area was a bit dirty, and rundown -The Agave Suite we booked did not give us a private pool as stated on Hilton website. - Room was fine, but lots of stains on carpet and furniture -Hotel pool was filled with what we guessed was locals on Sat & Sun night with the number of coolers and other items they brought in. We enjoyed it most in the AM and afternoon, the evening was an absolute party and not our vibe. - Ended up with a chemical/chlorine burn from being in the pool while they were balancing chemicals and the pool wasn't closed properly and there were no signs. We weren't the only one's that morning in the pool. - Location was great for the airport, shopping, dining, etc. - Pool bar was closed in our area of the hotel, and the other one was only open a couple hours we noticed.

It was my birthday so the main reason we stayed was the lazy river. Our first room was in the South building and had several issues including being on the 2nd floor, which is inconvenientwhen travelingwith a dog. Our second room was on the ground floor in the North building and was much nicer. No coffee shop or conveniences in the North Building and All poolside drinks and food was closed with signs for no outside food or drinks (and it was 110 degrees!) Would consider a resort pass for the water park but this hotel needs some TLC.
