If all you need is a clean & simple place to stay, this place is for you. Works for a quick trip, don’t expect anything too nice. Front desk person was clearly new & hadn’t had enough training, ran out of TP & hotel didn’t have staff to bring it up. Water pressure low, had to wait for hot water. Great location if you’re attending an event at Footprint Center.

We were there for a cheer event at the convention center and this was the perfect location. It was super convenient and the property was clean. Our room was very large and felt very homey. My sisters favorite part was how soft the pillows were. We were extremely satisfied.

Wonderful location! Steps from restaurants and the basketball arena. Quiet at night, well equipped room, clean. Valet was expensive but well run, could come and go as many times as you liked. Nice free breakfast!

Everything was perfect. Location was perfect across from the stadium and restaurants within walking distance. The only downside was parking. You have to pay for downtown parking or take advantage of the hotel’s valet parking at $46-50 per night, which I did. We are happy we did, exceptional service and very convenient.
