When the day came to do a room service the room was cleaned but they didn’t mop the entrance floor nor the bathroom nor did they clean the toilet seat as well

The young lady at the front desk didn't know of any places to eat within walking distance. I got to my room, looked out the window and found 3 places to eat just across the parking lot. No one was at the front desk most of my stay.

Friendly helpful staff!! Great welcoming lounge area with tables and coffee bar etc. Shuttle to and from airport. Great breakfast bar. Nice modern looking hotel and rooms. Bathroom was not clean enough. I am picky but it needed improvement. Sink grout had mold and shower floor needed to be bleached. But way better than most hotels. Floor could of been washed better.

This hotel experience was better than expected. I was treated well. My room was spotless. Staff was great. I was safe. Bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. Breakfast was good. Coffee all day. It was quiet.
