Screw this place it ripped me off. They told me when I got there that they are not honoring anything from Travelocity trivago any of the third party vendor sites and that I would have to collect my refund from Travelocity they straight stole my money no refund no nothing and I can't get a hold of a representative on Travelocity to do anything you guys suck and they suck worse

the property was sold when I got there, had no reservation. There were hookers getting rooms for a few hours, there were gangs of men hanging out in the parking lot. People were doing drugs. I will never go back here again.

In fairness, there are new owners who recently took over from the shambles left by the previous owners. The new owners said they have many plans in the works to make this a better place. This said, this place was rather scary to be at. It was dirty onnthe grounds, in the stairwells and the rooms need remodeling. I was unable to get a room key upon check-in became the card machine was broken. It was fixed soon after I was let into my room by a staff member after I checked in. But the first three nights, I had to get my room key card reprogrammed as it wouldn't work. Very frustrating. Also, I was given only one set of towels and the washcloth was stained and very thin. Only one small bar of soap too. Overall, I gave this property negative ratings as there are a LOT of things that need fixing or changing to make it halfway decent.

What can you say?
OK, this is how my weekend went with my wife had made reservations for the ninth and 10th at the red roof Inn Homestead and went there. They said check-in times at three got there about 330 and we’re in line and heard about the person in front of me they weren’t accepting the reservation and I just waited till my turn and then I showed him my reservation on my phone And they said we’re no longer the red roof in Homestead. We bought this place yesterday so you’ll have to get a hold of who you got your reservations through because has nothing to do with us and when they sold the place, they took their personnel with them so the place is a mess , so we waited an hour for them to clean the place. I paid for a room there and then got my money back from hotel.com like 9 o’clock at night so uncalled and that’s what happened to me first time using Hotels.com I don’t say do you

The rooms were dirty, toilet was leaking, roaches , and dog poop on the hallway. Shady characters outside smoking marijuana. We were there from Texas, tired and didn’t even sleep. The desk clerk said the f wird several times while on the laptop and in from of several guest that were in the office. Unprofessional. Worse experience ever…
