Pros: Big room, comfortable beds, nice kitchenette, lobby has games, laundry on site. Cons: walls are THIN. I couldn’t hear the bed shake next door, but I certainly heard their lovemaking noises. Very uncomfortable when I was in a room with my teenage daughter. Breakfast meats were gone by 8:45 each day, but the rest of breakfast was good.

We extended our stay again and staff were all very helpful. Although the little “hiccup” in the beginning but they were nice enough to correct it.

The hotel is located in a nice and convenient area; the staff are super helpful and nice; however, the condition of the sofa bed really required serious attention. The end of sofa bed mattress was found a very large dark stain; the bedding for the sofa bed was not available in the room and we had to call the front desk multiple times to have them delivered as they were very short staffed. The mattress was eventually replaced on the next day after I present the photo to the manager. Breakfast was nice, great to get your day started.

I know I can count on the consistently great things the Hilton Homewood Suits offers us. It is in a safe area, all the personnel at every level are helpful and friendly, the workout room is well stocked with high quality equipment and the daily breakfast is healthy, offering a wide variety of quality items to select from and the area is appropriately staffed for replenishment and cleanup by helpful and friendly staff.

It’s in a good location. Just the staff was rude, the room didn’t have heat or at least didn’t work properly. Dried up boogers on the pull out bed. Asked for comforters, never brought them. Very disappointing
