We travel a lot. Sometimes we go to places where the hotel doesn't matter that much since we won't be in our room a lot. However, when we go to Scottsdale - The Hotel Valley Ho IS the vacation. The atmosphere is very special and the staff is amazing.

I paid $600 for a pool view double for my 50th birthday. I checked in, they gave us a room that smelled like smoke, had a spray can of smoke odor removal in the room and the room over looked the parking lot. I went back down after a long day of travel to tell them they gave me the wrong room, showed them my confirmation with Expedia for a pool view double. The front desk tried to find one. They had none. It was very disappointing. So we overlook a tree now. Not what I paid $600 for to celebrate my 50th birthday.

They have a special VIP of the day program and we were the lucky guests! We were upgraded to a spacious, beautiful and all-equipped suite overlooking the pool. There was a special amenity waiting for us with delicious candies,truffles and sparkling water. The entire staff really made our stay unforgettable. From the Front Desk team, Lucas and Alice to the Bellman Bryan and Valets Ivan and Jackson, and every staff member that we encountered, we received a genuine greeting and warm welcome. We can’t wait to return, and we highly recommend Hotel Valley Ho!

We brought our sons for an away Lions football game. None of us had been to Arizona - In my opinion the Valley Ho is the only option for the Scottsdale area! The pool situation is next level btw!
