The staff at check in weren’t the friendliest. I had to ask many questions that should have just been information given- like which entrance to use and which area to park that was closest to our room. The lobby was clean- the bathroom in our room was not. Neither were the sheets on the pull out bed. I had to call down multiple times to get towels and an extra blanket. The crib they provide is a busted pack n play that was covered in who knows what. Breakfast was good though.

Hotel has deteriorated significantly
Stayed here before but never again. This property has gone downhill. Towels reek of mildew. Disgusting. Showers are grimy and need a deep clean. Ice machine out of order. Heat/AC is a hit or miss. Plenty of better hotel options in the area.

The hotel shied 9.0 trying in Hotel.com. In reality, carpet all over very old and worn out. 2- my bathroom if the room we checked in was barely cleaned.3-the sofa bed was horrible. 4- the breakfast was awful

Staff were very friendly, the hotel isn’t overwhelming, therefore you have parking close to the hotel unlike other big hotels where you have to walk a distance to get inside.
