Very comfortable, loved the partition between bed and couch. Staff was friendly and their shuttle will take you to restaurants within 3 miles of the hotel. Very reasonable in price would definitely go back

Great place to stay with family, the only suggestion is to just notify guests of not providing microwave in the rooms. My kids sometimes needs a midnight snack that needs heating up, did not know that we have to go down to lobby to use. Other than that everything else are great!

We checked into our room and not 15 minutes into being in there we found bed bugs on the bed. We went down to the staff and he acted like it wasn’t a bed bug after showing a picture and that he couldn’t do anything about it but go check himself. Then we got ahold of hotels.com and they called the front seat and the manager said wasn’t very cooperative with them either.
