The door to my room did not automatically close. I had to pull it shut. Housekeeping should’ve caught this and had it repaired. There was only one working elevator and it sometimes took over five minutes.

Very prompt service as we asked for extra towels and pillows which were brought up right away. The shower was good size and height for a tall person. The bed and sheets were very comfy. The continental breakfast had many different options for everyone.

We had a great time at Hyatt Tempe by airport. Definitely want to recognize Adriano and Patrick who worked the evening shift. They were outstanding and really made our hotel experience memorable.

Very nice stay
Property outside was neat, inside lobby was clean and inviting, hallway to elevator seemed like it was due for either a good cleaning or paint, only 1 side of two elevators working, it needed cleaning/touch up. Room hallways needed vacuuming better. Room very clean, bed very comfortable, breakfast 5 stars. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Staff was amazing room is really nice , super clean. You’re right by the freeway and are still close to phoenix Scottsdale . Also free parking which is a life savor :)
