Great spot, but few downfalls
The location is amazing, staff is super kind and helpful, room was super clean and comfy. Faray who checked us in is AMAZING and has the best energy. The rooftop pool was beautiful also. Now the negatives. - Our room was moved because there was a weed smell in the original room that they couldn't get rid of. The new room still had a little bit of a weed smell, but it was bearable. This is a half college apartment complex, half hotel. The kids on our level apparently smoked. - Our fridge didn't work or it wasn't turned on in time for our arrival, not sure. Safe to say, the $87 we spent on groceries that trip were completely ruined because of this. We ended up having to eat out the whole time. - There is no parking. Upon booking, they send you a guest book that says "you can't park here, but theres metered parking, $30 parking down the street, or $45 valet parking next door at the hampton inn". We tried valeting next door, but they wouldn't allow us because we weren't hotel guests. We tried parking at the metered parking, but its 2 hour maxmimum. All in all, do your research before staying here.

Amazing and economical
I was not sure what to expect traveling for a conference to a fairly expensive downtown area. The studio unit was fantastic. It had all of the amenities of a luxury hotel plus some you never find (washer and drier in the room). High speed internet worked well and the staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. I would stay again without reservation.

I loved my stay. Clean, comfortable room with everything i could need. Great view from my room as well as from the pool area on the roof. Friendly staff. TV loaded with streaming sites to relax to on my down time while I was visiting a friend. Would love to return in the future.

Traveled with my girlfriend and mother for the weekend and have no complaints. It was nice to be only a few blocks away from great restaurants, the baseball stadium, nightlife. Also had the pleasure of visiting their pool which provided an awesome view of the sunset.

I reached out over 24 hours in advance to request an early check in. That request was responded to over 48 hours later. Upon arrival I was told the pool was broken and had been unavailable for 2 days. I asked about a possible refund since I only planned on staying there for the pool amenity. I was unable to get a response from anyone regarding a refund due to the pool being closed. Had I been told ahead of time that the pool was closed I would have canceled before our check in time. Overall, there was very poor service, false advertising of amenities and a very poor communication timeline.

I was very disappointed to be downgraded to a smaller room. I had called a week prior to my trip to confirm the room and was told everything was set. The next day or two I got an email that we were moved to a studio due to maintenance issues. When I tried to call the property I was told a message would be sent to the leasing office and I would be contacted after not being able to reach an agreement with the rep. I was never contacted. I sent two follow up emails, and ultimately did not hear back through Kenect. I get a call from Expedia instead. There was miscommunication and lack of understanding from all parties, my self included, and what the hotel was telling me did not match what Expedia reps were telling me. At the end, I was excluded from that conversation and Expedia/hotel came to their own conclusion. Which is fine, but it made me feel like I was being screwed over. The property itself was very clean, including the room. The pool was average. I expected it to have nice views since it is located on the roof, but there is a LOT of construction surrounding the property so it was not a nice view. The pool area was also not as big as the pictures made it seem. There were vending machines on site which were convenient. I hoped there would have been a coffee shop on the property or near but there was not. It was a bit of a walk away. I liked that the property had social events like snow cone day or a backyard bbq, etc. The front desk personnel were friendly and polite.

The place is very pristine and the use of space is incredible. Unfortunately the beds mattress isn’t comfortable, the window treatments don’t block out the light at all and it’s a floor to ceiling window. Location is great and amenities too but comfort is so important.

The hotel is clean and modern, but it’s not a comfortable place to stay. The bed is a hideaway couch, which was a shock, some of the staff were cold and borderline rude (example, “are we too early to check in”…”you’re 42 minutes early actually”) and the room was very concrete and sharp. Check in is at 4 and check out is at 10, they wouldn’t let us check in early but started messaging me about checking out on time at 8am, threatening fines if we didn’t turn our key in before 10. It just wasn’t my favorite place to stay, but if sterile is your jam you will love this place.
