Great location downtown right next to cityscape and the arena. Nice resturants and the bar on the 3rd floor has a good vibe next to the pool. Parking is horrible and the valet is slow. I would much rather park in cityscapes parking so I can leave when I want instead of waiting in line for valet.

The area is super convenient for downtown, which explains the cost. Super clean rooms and the Staff were very nice and accommodating. The bathroom provisions were excellent. We would have loved a coffee maker in the room.

Dylan at the front desk took great care of us. We started with a bump because they did not have an ada room for us. The next day Dylan put us in a suite and even personally transferred our luggage for us! If uvr going to stayvhere, ask for Dylan!
