Check under the toilet seat
The room overall was clean with the exception of under the toilet seat rim had not been scrubbed and had black mildew stains. Housekeeping was not available but i was offered some toothbrushes and paste to clean it myself.

They only replace bedding and towels every 3 days, and during those 3 days, they do not come to make you room or clear the trash or replenish the coffee, shampoo, and soap which is inadequate for a 3 days period. In my room, one of the light bulbs of the bedside lamp did not work; the coffee pod cradle of the coffee maker was missing, so I could not make in-room coffee. They did have coffee in the lobby, so I was able to get coffee from the lobby.

The hotel presents a nice appearance, inside and out. The room was comfortably spacious, very clean and nicely appointed. The staff was extremely cordial and accommodating in all respects. Would be very happy to return in the future.

The breakfast didn’t work for us. Cold hard boiled eggs with warm sausage. We don’t eat waffles. If you like those then go there. The caution that seems to be permanently places on a couple of poor decor seems ridiculous. Can’t believe anybody would make that a permanent solution. The room was good. Need more hangers. Pool was locked. Coffee was good. A couple of easy fixes and the place could be great.

I have stayed here multiple times, it was my go to because it’s quiet, convenient and affordable. This was the worst experience and I will no longer stay at this property. Checking in was seamless and the woman at the front was lovely that’s about all I have to say that’s nice. We got to our room and noticed that dirty towels had been left in the room in the closet. We call downstairs somebody did come and take them out. We went to the pool. There were no pool towels nor could they find pool towels give us we get back to the room, and notice that behind the dresser was dirty and there were old french fries and ketchup back there. I then called back down to the front desk who said somebody would be up to take care of it that never happened we also never got housekeeping the next day and when I requested housekeeping, they told me there was nobody there to clean the room but we could go into another room which at that point we were flying out in less then 6H and decided to just stay since packing everything up would be an inconvenience. I went down to the front desk to explain my extreme disappointment in my stay, who then said there’s nothing he can do for me since I booked through a third-party I asked for the managers email whom I emailed immediately and waited to hear from before writing this review and was not going to write this review had she have responded to me. THE, lack of everything this trip was beyond Disturbing
