Normally don't need bad reviews but this hotel is very poorly managed. Jacuzzi really dirty like black water dirty. With outlets being taped up. Hallways not up cabbed rooms not really upkept. Horribly outdated like 1980 motel 6 in the ghetto decorations. Breakfast watch out for the waffles overly rubbery like really rubbery like there's a whole bunch of eggs and not enough batter rubbery. Also watch out for the syrup. It's like watered down or it just tastes like not right. As well as other things I could go on and on, but as far as being conveniently located, that's great. Close to the softball and baseball fields used for competition close to a lot of eatery and shopping. But as far as how they treat the hotel and the conditions just really horrible. You get what you pay for. But I've been in laquintas that have been a lot better. This one they just don't seem to care about or there could be other things going on. But that's my review for what it's worth

Good price, convenient for baseball tourney. However they have a very strict policy apparently on not allowing guests to reduce the length of stay. We needed to cx the last night as the tournament was done a day earlier for us. They would not allow any modifications to the reservation once the stay had started. I have never stayed in a place that didn’t allow an early checkout especially when letting them know 48hrs ahead and normally even ok to tell them before 11am the day you wish to checkout. We’ve been to many tourneys and hotels and this is the only time this has been an issue. Expedia tried to help on my behalf and even they couldn’t help. We won’t be staying at a Wyndham hotel if this remains their policy. If this is the case, it needs to be very clear when making the reservation.

Our room was nice and clean. The hotel didn't seem to be full, but we were given a room as far away from the front desk and elevator as possible. There was no ice machine on the second floor.

The air freshener (or cleaning solutions) used in the lobby area were way too strong and overpowering. We had to limit our time in the lobby area and could not eat breakfast in that area. Otherwise, everything else was great!

There were only a few negatives on our trip. The batteries in the auto door lock went out and it took twice to get the desk to come change it. Renee at the front desk was fantastic! She went above and beyond. The hotel has a policy that breakfast is served in the lobby and yelled at me in our last day of a 8 day stay not to take a breakfast plate to my 90 year old mother in the room. They did allow it but it was rediculous when all others days they told me no problem.

We enjoyed the amenities at this hotel. Pool was clean as were other areas. The breakfast had many selections and coffe and yogurt was available 24/7.We loved the convenience to shopping and restaurants. There were many to choose from, most walkable. Could waal to spring training (although that wasn't going on during this stay.

I was upset about the Jacuzzi and the breakfast or not worth it. The Jacuzzi was broken in the breakfast was nasty. The staff was awesome. The room was great and the pool was awesome. It was old that’s OK.

There was never staff at front desk. Had to ask 24 hours in advance to have your room cleaned. Continental breakfast food that was supposed to be hot was cold. Third time staying here will not be staying again.

No deposit fee so I never checked in.
This experience was terrible. I never got to stay in the room. I booked and paid for a room for 1 night with my family. Before I paid for the room, I looked and looked to make sure there wasn't a deposit required. I never seen any kind of statement showing there was an expected deposit. That was the reason I chose this room because it didn't say anywhere about a deposit. So I get to the desk and ask the lady is there any other fees and she told me a $150 deposit. I told her it didn't state that, and she just grinned and said sorry. I said I had to go talk to my wife about it. But we didn't have that. Hotels gave us $25 credit, but I feel more should be done. I was out in the heat with my family and came quite a distance. They wouldn't even bypass the fee
