Where to begin? I called because I knew we were coming in late. In the introductory email, it was mentioned that if there was no parking in the lot, there was an additional lot next door BUT it was locked from 10 pm to 5 am. I called and was told, no problem, just park "on the street". Well, there was no "street" parking to be seen. OK, so we got into the building and found the room. It' nearly midnight at this point and we are beat. Ok, I have the code for the door from the email. I put it in and nothing. Try it again, door won't unlock, keep trying tit different ways and door won't open. So, we call the support number... 3 times for over 30 minutes and nobody answers. What would you do? Mercifully, we found a place to stay for the night. Over 12 hours after this, I get an email to try a different door code. This is WELL after I had sent emails to this business. In short, I want a refund. I am told it is going to "management". Beware.
